Living in Scotland, we are surrounded by landscapes that invite you to slow down and take it in. Mountains, lochs, coastlines, and roads that stretch further than expected. Coffee became part of these moments—not as a routine, but as a ritual. Something that brought people together, warmed cold hands, and marked the start of something new.

We realised coffee wasn’t just about flavour. It was about connection. The conversations it sparked. The pauses it created. The memories that formed around it.
