What types of coffee subscriptions does WildKin offer?
We offer flexible coffee subscriptions designed to fit your lifestyle and coffee adventures. Choose from Single Origin subscriptions, Blends, or Decaf options, all delivered fresh to your door. You can select the bag size that suits you — 250g or 1kg — and the delivery frequency that works best for you.
How do WildKin subscriptions work?
Our subscriptions are simple, convenient, and fully flexible. Select your favourite coffee, choose how often you’d like it delivered, and decide whether you want to pay monthly or prepay in advance. We’ll deliver your freshly roasted beans directly to your door, ready to brew.
Can I manage my subscription online?
Yes! You can access and manage your subscription through your customer portal. If you haven’t registered an account yet, simply create one using the same email address used at checkout. From the portal, you can update delivery preferences, skip a month, or adjust your subscription.
How do I pause my subscription?
Pausing your subscription is easy. In your customer portal:
- Navigate to Manage Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to pause
- Choose Pause subscription and select how long you’d like it paused
Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period, so you never miss a fresh batch of coffee.
How do I cancel or adjust my subscription?
To cancel or adjust a subscription:
- Go to Manage Subscriptions in your portal
- Select the subscription you want to change
- Click Cancel subscription or Adjust delivery
- Confirm your changes
Your subscription will be updated immediately, and you’ll receive confirmation by email.
Can I change my coffee or bag size mid-subscription?
Absolutely. You can update your coffee choice or bag size at any time through your portal. Switch between Single Origin, Blend, or Decaf, or adjust your 250g/1kg bag size depending on your brewing needs.
Is shipping included in WildKin subscriptions?
Yes! All subscriptions more than £25 come with free shipping across the UK, so you can enjoy specialty coffee without worrying about extra costs
